The weather forecast for the coming week doesn't look too grand so there may not be much to report.
Saturday was quite a pleasant day but the wind was really cutting so while checking out 12 Golden Plover it was warming to see a WT Eagle flying in the distance. I had a good look at the year old youngster...
...which has a satellite pack on. There wasn't just one bird out there though as I soon picked up these two birds sitting together!
The left hand bird is a two year old female and the left hand bird is another one year old - pretty similar in plumage though. There was one more WT Eagle that was a bit more camera shy than the other two. This was another one year old bird.
Within 20 minutes of taking these photos they were all gone!
